UCC Committee Meeting Minutes 2012-05-15

Meeting begins 16:06 UCC Standard Time

Present: [TPG] [SLX] [EDO] [M12] [ASH] [*OX] [JAB] [BOB]
Apologies: [SZM]

President's Report
------------------
- Interesting disagreement between [SZM] and another committee member
caused [SZM] to resign to work on his studies.
  - SGM in 2 weeks time.
- MegaLAN is moving along. Email from Theatres saying all "yes".
  - Working on Power
  - All is well
- That is all, but is reserving [BOB]'s rights

Vice-President's Report
-----------------------
- Has been an interesting and depressing week
- Thanks [SZM] for his service to the club.
- Hopes we can spread the load and be nice, so no-one else has to resign.

Phone rings, [ASH] answers. It's [BOB]. No one has checked the mail, so he
will.

Treasurer's Report
------------------
- Drama happened, but none of it involved the money
- We have money
  - $1844.24 in Westpac
  - $2114.19 in Guild
  - Nothing in the safe
- Burnt through 48 cans of solo, we need to buy more.
- Still incredibly annoyed about getting non-round amounts of money from
  the fridge
- Would like to thank [SZM] for all of his work for the club, and would like to
apologise for any part he played in his departure.

[BOB] arrives.

Secretary's Report
------------------
- Deposit has been sent to Camp Leshenaultia
- Tickets have been printed and cut for the MegaLAN
- Have emailed College Representatives to start discussions about Heathred
- Have emailed and spoken to PLUG about events in loft
- Treasurer's account has been locked for striking me with the club seal
- Have Resigned, due to a number of reasons, all personal
  - Thanks to all members of this committee and past committees
for supporting and continuing to support the club
    - Over the last 14 months I have learnt a huge amount about technology,
and people. I still know very little, but what I do know is as a
direct result of being involved with the club's committee.
  - I apologise for the suddenness of this decision. I wasn't expecting it either.
  - Finally, I encourage active members to run for the position of Secretary.
  - Good luck!

Fresher Rep's Report
--------------------
- The freshers are as happy as a spy sappin' a sentry
- Fresher of the Week: Samuel Shenton [SAS]
- Here approx. 4 days a week
- Favourite game: Assassins Creed 2
- Is actually here to learn programming *audible gasp*
  - Applause
- Does not use windows while in the clubroom
  - Puzzled approval
- Learning to use Python
- He should replace [SZM] as the committee's 'Sam'.
  - [BOB] thinks he should probably dye his hair, too.
- Freshers are happy

OCM Reports
--------------------
[M12]'s Report:
- There have been a lot of strange noises in Cameron Hall this week.
- He has not done nothing this week.
- Did a coke run
- "Live below the line" was terrible
  - Has a new outlook on potatoes: they get boring after several days
- Booked the loft for PLUG events.
- Treasurer training will probably happen last week of term.
[ASH]'s Report:
- Drama happened(TM)
- Discussions with the club representatives/college representatives happened
- As for what else: Liver is happier now.
- Now has gastro. Everything wants to kill [ASH]
- Inappropriate conversations about runny poo from [TPG], [ASH] and [BOB].
[*OX]'s Report:
- Did his Tech Talk
  - Possibly a bit too much info in the talk
  - [BOB] slept through it; it was good.
- In two weeks: [DAA]'s Python Talk
- Is, on a scale from 1 to 10, cut up "about an 8" about [SZM] leaving.

Machine Technical Reports
-------------------------
- We have them.
Servers
- meersau is unwell. It wouldn't boot, then did.
- Should have a backup
- New heathred is "stable"
  - Should we virtualize everything and run a more stable, vm-friendly OS.
  - Disagreement
  - Game server code is unstable.
Network
- We have one
- It is more stable than UWA's network
- SNAP is dead*
  - *may not actually be dead
Desktops
- Catfish had a hiccup involving graphics drivers.
  - [GOZ] is the only person who understands this.

New equipment
- Frederick is working.
  - Noise has been made.

Drinks and Snacks
-----------------
We have drunk all of the Solo
- [BOB] Declares an emergency
- Unisfa bought out UCC's, UniGames and UWAnime's drink supplies
- *sigh*
- Does UCC want to complain?
  - No, we got money.
  - [EDO] would like to ask them not to do it again.
  - [ASH] is in favour of us getting money.
  - Needless argument
- We need to buy more coke and solo
  - [M12] will go on another coke run.
  - [TPG] agrees to go tomorrow morning.
  - Between 11:00 and 12:00
- We have drinks in the Coke Machine, but we can't get them out
  - [BOB]: "Yeah..."
- [M12] notes that the system of reimbursements is stupid
  - This is ignored, because [TPG] is rich.

Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
- Junk mail from WestPac
- Every single event now needs an event management plan
  - We do this anyway
  - We're incorporated, we can do what we like
  - But no grants or advertising
- There is politics
  - [M12] doesn't want to piss people off
  - [BOB] does, sort-of

Old Action Items
----------------
- [SZM] to set up VLAN and stuff for VMs
  - Not done. [SZM] suggests this is either reassigned, or abandoned.
  - 'wheel' can do this if they care
- [DJA] to set up snort for VMs
  - Again, a wheel issue, not yet done
- [EDO] to attend some form of Treasurer Training
  - Not yet happened. Will maybe happen soon.
- [M12], [EDO] and anyone else who is around to go on snack run on Wednesday (or before next meeting!)
  - Done! Huzzah! Was nicely overdone.
  - [ASH] and [JAB] leave for Milky Ways, derailing the meeting
  - [ASH] has forgotten his UID and PIN. derp.
  - Milky Ways were [JAB]'s "favourite thing" as a kid.
  - Puns derail the meeting
- [BOB] to spend up to $350 on fixing the coke machine
  - The coke machine needs a new motor, which still has not arrived.
  - Has not spent any more money, yet.
  - Saying 'more money' around is dangerous.
  - [BOB] dreams of racing motors.
  - Will be conducting a survey later this week (tomorrow)
    - It is for the evil HCI assignment.
- [TJB] and [TPG] to continue organising the MegaLAN
  - In progress.
  - Venue booked, waiting for email
  - Power almost organised, looking for breakout gear
  - Seating capacity for ~80 people
  - Power capacity may be interesting, for 80 people
- [ASH], [BOB], other wheel members to discuss Heathred with college representatives
  - In progress
  - [BOB] may or may not have fallen off a chair
  - Jeremy displays an image which looks like something it isn't.
    - The meeting is derailed
- [*OX], [ASH], and [DJA] to organise Murphy's Lore writer's thing around the Tech Talk
  - Not done
  - Will do if we can approve pizza this thursday!
- [SZM] and [M12] to talk to PLUG about events in the loft
  - [SZM] has spoken to [NTU] and emailed PLUG an apology
    - [NTU] seemed fine with us booking the other two dates, but the email has gone unanswered

  - Might happen eventually

General Shouting
----------------
[JAB] : [JAB] application for door
- Freshers may or may not be allowed on door in first semester.
  - This is a tradition, and yes, [BOB] is lecturing on it
- Have the things been things.
  - Yes, but not correctly
  - The only thing that [ASH] found incorrect was the door policy URL
  - [ASH] moves that whatshisface ([JAB]) be put on door.
    - [SLX] seconds
    - 6 for, 1 abstains, motion passes

[SZM] : Someone needs to organise an SGM to elect a new Secretary
- An email has been sent out, for Tuesday 1pm 29th
  - [M12] will send something or see someone about it
  - Need to email G-News. Add to UWA calendar. Something that works.
- Does anyone
  - [M12] does
  - There is at least one person

- [EDO] to be reimbursed $543.42 dollars for snacks and drinks
  - Disturbing noises emerge from Unisfa
  - [*OX] motions this happens, [TPG] seconds.
  - 5 for, 2 abstain, motion passes

- [ASH] moves that we increase the consumable budget to $300.00:
  - [*OX] seconds that motion
  - [BOB] says "We're always buying drinks and snacks, why don't we waive the limit for snacks and drinks"
  - Argument
  - The motion is retracted by [ASH]
- We could set it up with the same rules as withdrawing money from the Guild
  - Or we could use the lists
  - No.
- [ASH] moves that we can refund people for snacks and drinks, with two
signatures from the exec, as long as it is recorded at the next meeting.
  - [EDO] seconds
  - 4 for, 1 against, 2 abstain, motion passes

- [ASH] moves that the consumables budget be reduced to $40 per week
  - [EDO] seconds.
  - Unanimous

- Subsidising members from Albany's entrance to the MegaLAN
  - This is generally a good thing.
  - We're also playing them in Age of Empires II
  - [*OX] moves that we subsidise the members of the computer club at UWA's Albany
    campus
    - [EDO] seconds
    - 7 for, unanimous

- [ASH] stutters about #game-server:
  - From the colleges perspective: were planning to advertise this
at the beginning of Semester 2's Intercollege LAN.
  - Most of these issues have kinda-been resolved.
  - The colleges will possibly submit a kind-of proposal.
  - Suggests people don't join #game-server
  - They also want to run a Battle.net, would have to be firewalled

- [BOB] moves that we finish the meeting
  - He's not on committee, but has a point.

Meeting closed at 17:17 UCC Standard time

  - Discussion about wildcard being better
  - [BOB] suggests we discuss on tech@
  - [SZM] motions that [MSH] renews secure.ucc ssl certificate at $27 for 3 years
    - [*OX] seconds, motion passes unanimously
  - [EDO] to email [MSH] and sort out the details of reimbursements

[EDO] : Pledges should not be made on IRC channels
  - People should make pledges through email, so that [EDO] is aware of them
  - PMs on IRC are ok though

[*OX] : [*OX] Frames, as traditional charity vigil committee head, would like to request UCC, provides him with the details for the UCC charity vigil rep, he would also like the UCC treasure to attend all meetings for the organisation of charity vigil (as a second charity vigil rep. (he wants all the clubs to provide a treasurer))

  - Apparently they are talking about Mint now

- [SLX] the question is whether we put Magenta where Red is, or leave Red there, or throw them both out and get an x86 box
  - [TPG] suggests we leave both of them there
  - [EDO] says that if someone can get them to work, he would rather keep Red or Magenta
    - But otherwise, we should put an x86 box there

- [JAB] is not sure what we are talking about
  - [SLX] explains what we are talking about to [JAB]
    - Red is a computer (points)
    - Magenta is also a computer, it is currently in the loft being fixed by Elliot Nunn and [LGM]
    - [JAB] says the Freshers are gamers, and like Windows.

  - For those listening from home: He wants to replace the table near the bins with part of the bench from the machine room
    - "We don't need bench in the machine room"
  - [TPG] points out that this would be a massive project, and would take a long time
  - [TPG], [EDO] and [SLX] suggest [BOB] discuss this on the mailing lists
  - Various committee members shout "To the lists!" in a dramatic manner

[TPG] proceedural motion to end the meeting, because we are doing sweet F.A
  - Motion is ignored

[*OX] : Wants to throw out a book on db2 and a book on Windows 95

- Suggests we should get rid of parts around the "abandoned" computers
- Clubroom is generally messy
- Freshers are happy

OCM Reports
-----------
- [M12] Is not here
- [*OX] and [ASH] flip coin to see who goes next
- [*OX] We are all set to have the first tech talk at 6:00pm on Thursday
  - Possibly have next one chosen as well; a Wire Wrapping workshop
  - Argument about difference between "Tech Talks" and "Hackathons"
- [ASH] Has brought everyone fudge to celebrate the inaugural OCM reports
  - Nothing else to report

[M12] arrives 16:20

- [M12]'s retroactive report
  - Quiz Night booked for 3rd May
  - Need to get back to Camp Leshenaultia before they close tomorrow, or they will give away the booking!
    - [BOB] thinks he should just do it
      - [EDO] and rest of committee agree
    - A problem may be that we can't line it up with study breaks from the other Universities
    - [M12] to book Camp Leshenaultia for 21st to 24th of September
  - Plugging the guild eLearning seminar, chaired by himself
    - Encourages members to attend

Machine Technical Reports
-------------------------
Servers
- We have them
- NetApp setup, wheel keys are on them
  - Called Nortel and Onetel
  - Thanks to [MRD]

Network
- We have one

Desktops
- We have re-aquired Persephone
  - [BOB] It has been inflicted on us!
  - [ASH] fantasies about painting Persephone green
  - [BOB] issues threats
  - [SLX] wants to budget money to improve Persephone
  - [M12] threatens to throw it out the window
  - Persephone is sad that no one appreciates it :(
    - [SZM] is setting up OpenSESAME on Persephone
    - Whether you like it or not
    - It currently works better than Kalshnikov, see below

- [TPG] and [SLX] broke Kalashnikov by installing Arch
  - Graphics drivers for Arch suck
  - Will be reinstalling Ubuntu

- Red was almost fixed by [BOB]. Broken by [SLX] and [TPG]
  - [SLX] It doesn't work, but Freshers were looking upon it with awe

- [SZM] No one seems to use the Mac
  - It's location is a bit awkward
  - Also it's a Mac
  - (People who like Macs tend to have Mac laptops, and not want to use the desktop)

New equipment
- [SZM] We have aquired a keyboard, called Frederick
  - IE: A musical keyboard. Not a computer keyboard.
  - People have lots of great ideas for projects with this
  - [SLX] We will ignore it until someone does something awesome with it

Drinks and Snacks
-----------------
- [EDO] We have a coke run
- [TPG] However, we still need foo, lemonade
- [SLX] The coke machine is fragile
  - Due to the current rate of coke dispenses, we will soon need another box of coke
  - [BOB] and [TPG] are investigating/swearing at the Coke machine

Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
- No mail
- There was a SOC meeting. [SZM] and [M12] attended
  - Treasurer book for [EDO]
  - They talked about PROSH
  - We didn't win any wine

Action Items
------------
- [BOB] to make vanilla coke label
  - Not done, because [BOB] hates vanilla coke
  - [ASH] motions for formal warning. No second

- [M12] and [SZM] to attend SOC Meeting tomorrow (edit: date was 2012-03-21)
  - Done, see report

- [EDO] to attend SOC Treasurer training, and maybe ED as well
  - [EDO] didn't attend SOC training
  - He will attend ED Council training
  - [M12] and [BOB] are organising [EDO]'s Treasurer Training (?)

- [*OX] to organise UCC Tech Talks
  - In progress
  - Suggests a "How to play Dwarf Fortress" talk for a future event
    - (Playing "Dwarf Fortress" sounds... like... "technical" stuff...)
  - We will continue to organise things on the list

- [EDO] and [TPG] to organise UCC Easter LAN for 14th and 15th April, and talk to [TJB] about MegaLAN
  - Basically done
  - By "Basically done", they mean "We didn't start it. At all."
  - [EDO] and [TPG] then try to claim credit for choosing the date,
which was actually chosen by committee at the last meeting.

- [M12] to find dates when Camp Leshenaultia is free in September to October
  - Done

- [EDO] and [SLX] to visit ComSSA and talk about the Camp
  - Didn't visit them, because apparently no one would have been there
  - Emailed them
  - Will continue to email them
  - [BOB] doesn't think they check the particular email we used
  - [SLX] will email different addresses

- [TPG] and [SZM] to talk to CASSA about the Camp
  - In progress
  - Our spies report that CASSA is keen on the Camp, but have not had a committee meeting yet

- [M12] to complete LOLCAT
  - Done, has been added to Coke

- [ASH] and [M12] to organise poster templates for events
  - Not done
  - Not being aware of an action item is no excuse for not doing it!

- [EDO] to obtain three new keyboards for up to $110
  - Not done, have yet to find three keyboards that are worth getting for that price. That will be OK to use.

- [M12] to email wheel group about server for PROSH
  - Didn't send email, have dealt with otherwise

- [SZM] to add OCM report section to minutes template
  - Done, despite great difficulties presented by terrible foes

General Business
----------------

[SZM] : Vigenda
- People should not probably not use vigenda to edit other people's reports.
  - Even if it is for bug testing

[SZM] : [SZM] for coke
  - Has completed LOLCAT
  - [SLX] motions, [*OX] seconds, 7 for, 1 abstains, passes
  - [SZM] to add [SZM] to coke

[SLX] : Freshers think the room is 'crap'. Do we need to move windows machines?
  - [ASH] threatens the Freshers
  - [EDO] says that since all the windows machines are in the corner, it is impossible to move through that area.
    - This is due to people crowding around the machines, watching other people, watching other people, watching people playing games.
    - It's impossible to get to the Projects bench, tool cupboard, or state
  - Discussion about where to move the windows machines
    - [BOB] says that the current configuration is the most optimum
    - We haven't tried putting them next to the bin yet

Phone rings [M12] answers 16:52
  - After meeting, [SZM] wonders what it was about... mysterious phone call!

    - We can't put linux boxes between windows machines
    - [SZM] suggests we ask the gamers for opinions
    - [*OX] suggests we put this on the list
    - [ASH] asks when our next cleanup is
    - [SLX] suggests we defer this until them
    - [BOB] suggests we set the cleanup to the week after the Easter LAN
      - People are generally in favour
      - [SZM] to make sure nobody forgets, because they will
        - This is pending the Easter LAN actually happening
    - [M12] suggests we ask the gamers for opinions
      - [SZM] thinks this suggestion sounds familiar

    - Committee shout at people in the room for their opinion
on moving the windows machines away from the corner

[RGR] goes from not attending to attending 16:56
[AMS] goes from not attending to attending 16:58

    - Arguments happen
    - [SLX] votes we just do this at the cleanup
      - [SZM] thinks this suggestion sounds familiar

[RGR] and [AMS] go back to not attending

[BOB] : Heathred Replacement
- [BOB] is organising a replacement for Heathred
   - Nothing has been sent to the list(s) on this yet
- Committee has not told [BOB] how much he can spend, so he couldn't tell us what he's planning
   - Last years Committee budgeted $2000
- [EDO] if we spend $2000 at the moment, we will be quite low on money
- [TPG] and [BOB] reassure [EDO] that we will be OK
- [ASH] moves that we approve the spending of $2000 (plus any and all pledges)
for a replacement for Heathred subject to the condition that [BOB] sends the details
to the committee@ and tech@ lists
   - [M12] seconds, 7 for, 1 against, motion passes
   - [*OX] voted against (he wants this to be noted)
     - He thinks its too much to spend on a machine which will rarely be used
     - However, he is not hugely opposed, and doesn't want to argue, since the motion has passed.

Meeting closed 17:02

Current Action Items
--------------------
- [SZM] to replace calendar with a text file
- [SZM] to finalise work on VMs
- [JAB] to add email address to whiteboard

- [BOB] thinks it is a lack of retention problem...
  - Fresher Rep's report becomes completely derailed

Machine Technical Reports
-------------------------
Servers
- We have them
- Meersau's disk had a date with the Microwave
   - [BOB] decided it wasn't working. The best way to make sure was to Microwave it.
   - It got more RAM, a new disk, SCSI jumpers suck
- [BOB] We need a new gaming server

Network
- SNAP is being killed, mercilessly, despite years of faithful service
   - We will be holding a wake

   - [SLX] suggests we offer recorded videos of talks?
- [ASH] we need a regular schedule for these
- [SLX] we could do tutorials for programming / linux

    - [EDO] volunteers
    - [TPG] will supervise

[SZM] : Computer Clubs Camp
  - We can't do it this semester
  - [BOB] We can do it mid year (clashes with Teracon) or late Semester break (clashes less)
  - Discussion of location of previous camp and this camp.
    - Woodman Point (last year's) vs. Camp Leschenaultia (which [BOB] and [CJS] looked at last year)
    - Camp Leschenaultia is favoured
    - [BOB] internet was too good last time; prevented social interaction
      - We need bad internet!
    - [BOB] we need 25 - 30 people for it to be profitable
    - [EDO] thinks it will be more successful now that people know about it
  - We need to find out how much the other clubs want to help with organisation
    - [BOB] Camp Leschenaultia will probably be cheaper because we can do our own catering
  - [ASH] We should set a deadline to have a booking there in the next two weeks
    - [M12] will find dates when Camp Leshenaultia is free in September to October
    - [EDO] and/or [SLX] to talk to ComSSA
    - [TPG] and/or [SZM] to talk to CASSA

[*OX] : get LCD monitor cleaning fluid, sell on to members?

    - If we bought [BOB]'s crimping tools, why shouldn't we do this?
  - Item is forgotten about

[*OX] : Tal would like to ask UCC about having her birthday party in cameron hall again this year
  - Date is ~23rd April; the week after the Easter LAN
  - Committee is unanimously in favour of not being jerks (We have no problem with it)
    - unless the event clashes with the Easter LAN, which it doesn't

[M12] : Jeremy for Door and Coke
  - Hasn't done LOLDOG or LOLCAT
  - Reason for removal: Failed to attend cleanup, no apologies
  - [ASH] motions to put [M12] on Door
    - [*OX] seconds

    - [ASH] moves to ammend the previous motion to include the condition that no one on door objects,
[EDO] seconds, 6 for, 1 abstain, 1 against
  - Ammended motion is that [M12] is put on Door subject to no objections from Door group

  - [ASH] Someone needs to design a template
     - [ASH] and [M12] to organise

[TPG] : At the risk of sounding like [BOB], we need new keyboards
  - [SZM] we wouldn't need new keyboards if people didn't do things like, I don't know, STAB THEM WITH KNIVES
  - [EDO] Gaming keyboards are broken despite not being stabbed
  - [SLX] Does anyone has any proposals for new keyboards?
    - No (not at the moment)
  - [RVS] suggests we buy cheap keyboards, [SZM] agrees
    - Within reason, obviously
  - [EDO] volunteers to do this
  - [ASH] motions that we budget up to $110 for the purchase of three keyboards
    - [SZM] seconds, motion passes unanimously

[M12] : Wants to discuss PROSH
  - It's in two weeks
  - Wants to put a Mac mini server in the machine room
    - We should refer this to wheel group, in theory committee is OK with it.

[EDO] : Move to reimburse [TPG] and [BOB] of the amounts still owing to them
  - [ASH] seconds, 7 for, 1 abstains, motion passes

[M12] : OCM Reports
  - Time could have been saved in general business if things were in OCM reports
  - [M12] motions that we add an OCM report section to the minutes template.
    - [SZM] seconds, 5 for, 3 abstain, motion passes

[BOB] : New Heathred
  - Heathred is the Heath A. Loveday memorial server
    - It is our current gaming server
  - Unfortunately it is an old Delta; it is running very hot, and needs replacing.
    - 2011 Committee budgeted for a replacement
  - [BOB] appears to have been investigating a replacement for the Delta, but he left the meeting
  - Once a new machine is chosen, we will send an email to the ucc@ list for comments on the new machine's name
    - Basically, the issue is whether we should call the new machine Heathred,
or maintain the name Heathred for the old machine, and give the new machine another name

Meeting closed at 17:28

Current Action Items
--------------------
- [BOB] to make vanilla coke label
- [M12] and [SZM] to attend SOC Meeting tomorrow
- [EDO] to attend SOC Treasurer training, and maybe ED as well
- [*OX] to organise UCC Tech Talks
- [EDO] and [TPG] to organise UCC Easter LAN for 14th and 15th April, and talk to [TJB] about MegaLAN
- [M12] to find dates when Camp Leshenaultia is free in September to October
- [EDO] and [SLX] to visit ComSSA and talk about the Camp
- [TPG] and [SZM] to talk to CASSA about the Camp
- [M12] to complete LOLCAT

    - Fix broken or failing technologies, such as the Door
    - The club should start to focus on cool, new, "out there" technologies

    - Would like to see experiments with different events to what the club is normally involved in, such as
      - Relay for Life
      - PROSH in particular
   - If we get a new clubroom, it will be the most important thing to happen to the club in 20 years.
     - Don't screw it up!

- Vice President's Report
  - Another strong year for the club in terms of membership
  - We have something that may loosely represent a budget for this FY.
  - Limited number of events (compared to what we would have loved to hold), LANs (thanks [TPG] and others) along with Quiz Night again well received.
    - Would have liked to run a Mega LAN
    - This could be something for next committee to work on
  - Have felt increasingly frustrated by maturity level of the committee, one of many reasons (most personal) I will not be seeking re-election.
  - Thank all those who have contributed to the club not only this year but last year while I was pres, been a pleasure working with you all.
  - Ignoring what I said earlier, I would encourage active members to nominate for committee, we need people to keep moving the club forward.
  - Would like to see the Camp run again this year
  - Improvements to the clubroom
  - Would like to see committee support for automating VMs and switching stuff

- Treasurer's Report
   - We spent a lot of money this year

   - Dispense rebuild has helped the club
   - [MRD] members are entitled to view the financial records; ask the Treasurer

- Secretary's Report
  - Has sent apologies

- Fresher Representative's Report
  - We saw a fresher intake of 103, which was up from the previous year.
  - 2011 was a good year for new members, we ran a lot of events easily accessable to freshers which were very successful, like the (2011) Fresher Welcome, Easter LAN, Quiz Night and many more.
